Select Teams 2010 (learn more) (Closed) To be eligible for selection for any of the NoVa West Summer Select Teams players must register and attend at least one tryout session. Tryouts for the 2010 Flamingos squad are by invitation only! All high school players wishing to participate with NoVa West must register and attend one of the Crusaders tryouts where they will be assessed by an evaluation team which will be made up of NoVa West coaches, Collegiate Players as well as College Coaches. Players based on the quality of their tryout with the Crusaders may be asked to attend the invitation only tryout for the Flamingos. The Outbreak squad is a selection of the top 6-8 Nova West players combined with the top 6-8 players from SMS Lacrosse, the additional players on that roster will come from a national tryout.

High School Select Teams (Closed) All high school level players will attend the open level high school tryouts. Players will be assessed by the NoVa West Try Out Assessment Team, invitation will be sent out to players to attend the Flamingos try out and then players will be notified with their team assignments.

Outbreak	The highest level of High School recruiting exposure. 6 to 8 players from the Flamingos will be nominated to participate with the Outbreak squad. there will be a national open tryout for 10 - 15 slots. To inquire about this tryout contact us at admin@novawestlax.com	Committee Selection
