NoVa West - To Start Girls Program 2010/2011

NoVa West Lacrosse is very proud to announce the start of girls lacrosse during the Fall/Winter of 2010.  We have been asked many times when we would offer the fantastic programs we have on the boys side for girls, the answer has always been that we would do it when we felt comfortable about the product that we would offer.
 
Ruth Marshall (former Head Coach Foxcroft now Middleburg Academy) has joined NoVa West as the director of girls operations.  Ruth is very well known and respected in the Northern Virginia area for being an excellent coach and teacher of the game.  Ruth has had great success as part of Loudoun Youth Lacrosse, Loudoun Country Day School, Foxcroft and now Middleburg Academy.  With Ruth on board we now know that we will be producing a top notch offering for the girls of NoVa West so we will work towards launching a program in the Fall/Winter 2010.

In 2011 NoVa West will field it's first summer select program for U-15 Girls!
 
This fall and Winter NoVa West Lacrosse will conduct indoor clinics and form an indoor league at the Purcellville Sports Pavilion.
 
As most people are very aware NoVa West is not only known for its excellent select teams, camps, clinics and personal lessons but we have been selected as the team with the best gear at nearly every tournament we attend.  We need help with our creativity, forward on to Ruth some cool suggestions for our girls team name in 2011.
